he Haddon Estate has been in the Vernon and now Manners family of for over 900 years. It’s 3,800 acres of Derbyshire land, with Haddon Hall at its heart, is situated in Peak District National park and includes: residential and commercial properties in both rural locations and in the villages of Rowsley and Alport and Bakewell; 3000 acres of farmland; 21 miles of riverbank on the Derwent, Wye, Lathkill and Bradford rivers; 600 acres of woodland; our hotel, The Peacock at Rowsley; and a holiday cottage.

Our objective is to maintain and enhance the built and natural environment of the estate for future generations, and to create a sustainable community and business for our employees and tenants.
